Are you the Contract Associate Consultant that our Buildings Department is looking for, to join our fast growing team, working in one of Matchtech's biggest markets.

The Matchtech Buildings team provides a market leading service to support our clients in the design and construction of an array of Buildings, both in the UK and overseas. The successful candidates main focus will be to further develop our capability within the Mechanical & Electrical Site market, building on some of Matchtech's existing relationships but also undertaking business development to build your own exclusive client base to suit your desk. As such you will need a flair for business development and the ability to quickly identify and generate new opportunities. Business Development is not just undertaken at the desk and Matchtech very much promotes our consultants getting out of the office to meet our clients and candidates face to face to cement those relationships.

Essential:

  • Minimum of 5 GCSE's (or equivalent) Grades A-C.
  • Demonstrate a track record of success within a target oriented sales environment.
  • Excellent telephone manner / skills
  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.
  • Good commercial acumen
  • Current Driving Licence (if essential for the role)
  • Interviewing skills
  • Computer literate.
  • Numerate
  • Able to work to deadlines and targets.
  • Good organisational and administrative skills

Desirable:

  • Good knowledge and understanding of the recruitment industry
  • Proven sales capability
  • Strategic mind-set
  • Proven logical thinker
