Cisco Collaboration Design & Implementation Consultant – CCNP / CCIE Voice. Experienced Cisco Contact Centre and Collaboration consultant to provide project design and delivery for multiple customers. You will be working as part of the delivery team focused on customer Cisco Unified Communications project deployments with a focus within the contact centre space as a primary function.

Working for a Leading fast growing Service Provider!

• Extensive Cisco UC and Contact Centre project delivery role across small and large projects
• Advanced troubleshooting (CUCM/UCCE/UCCX)
• Ability to write and analyse call routing scripts (UCCE/UCCX)
• Understanding of the importance of reporting and exposure of CUIC
• Advanced Gateway/CUBE troubleshooting (MGCP, H323, SIP)
• Managing high severity incidents independently regarding Cisco Contact Centres

Technical Certs:

• CCNP / CCIE Collaboration

Desirable Certs: UCCE / UCCX / Cisco Webex / Contact Centre Expert

Typical duties would include; working closely with the project managers to deliver projects to customer requirements. Documentation as well as delivery will form a crucial part of the role. You will be responsible for assisting in the creation of Low-Level Design documents as well as operational handover to support documents for delivered projects.
