Here at InterQuest Inc., we're looking for experienced Full Desk (Recruiting AND Business Development) recruiters to come in and support our growth for this year and beyond. Ideally, we're looking for people who have Technical recruiting experience to continue to grow out various different markets within; Analytics, Cyber Security and Software Development. So, who are we?

InterQuest have been established in the UK since 2001. We have mainly been formed through strategic acquisitions and some organically grown practises and in total have around 300 members of staff and have 6 offices in the UK, 1 in New York and 1 in Frankfurt, with future plans to expand our European presence - Exciting times ahead! As a business, we mainly work within digital transformation, covering Analytics, Digital and Creative, Security, Digital Networks and Intelligent Automation.

Which part of InterQuest would you be working for?

In our New York office, we currently have ECOM, our digital brand, InterQuest analytics and Rees Draper Wright, our exec search arm. For this particular role, we're looking to hire across the teams!

Which Market?

We're looking for someone to come in and own one of the following markets: Cyber Security, Executive Search and Digital and Creative.

The Role:

The role will consist of recruiting for both perm and contract/temp requirements within the markets mentioned above. It will require extensive stakeholder management and as we are looking to grow these markets out, the role will require someone to do market mapping and be able to bring on new clients - so, we need someone that LOVES business development!
