I'm working on an exclusive Head of L&D / L&D Manager for a niche tech recruitment business in London.
This is their first L&D hire so being competent and confident with design and roll out of content and programs is important.
This is a high impact role as they are still relatively small and looking to scale over the next 2 years. You will work closely will the CEO to help develop existing and new hires and put an L&D strategy in place.
They are looking for a someone who can develop trainees and existing staff with a 'new-school' approach to recruitment so no phone smashing needed but more community building and partnerships.
Think inch wide mile deep - that's how they operate in their space.
There are three stand out things about this business that show they are serious about L&D and the value it brings:
????They are hiring this role now when a lot companies have made their L&D role redundant
????They are paying upto £70k demonstrating they are serious about making a great hire
????There are businesses 3x their size that don't have a senior L&D role in their structure
If I've not spoken to you and this sounds right for you please get in touch!
