The Role:

  • IT Recruitment Consultant - you will be responsible for helping to develop and build a specialist market within the field of Software Development/Engineering recruitment
  • Exciting opportunity to grow, develop and manage a team over time - our goal is to grow out teams of recruiters focused within different technologies/geographies
  • Responsible for developing client relationships and ensuring delivery against requirements
  • Full life cycle recruitment from client development through to candidate closure
  • Work with onshore delivery resource as well as our offshore delivery team based in India
  • Network within accounts to uncover new hiring projects and also strengthen relationships
  • Full training delivered in all aspects of Technology or Recruitment via an on-site trainer and an interactive online training platform
  • Clear and visible career Progression

What we are looking for:

  • 12 months+ experience in Recruitment
  • Motivated by the prospect of growing and developing a market
  • Strong communicator, confident and personable
  • Self-motivated with ability to think outside the box and create solutions
  • Ideally worked in the IT/Technology space but this is not a must have
  • Ideally recruited within the Software Development space previously
