Just to set the tone of how this business operates, the only people in the business that took a pay cut or were impacted financially over the last few months were the Directors. This speaks volumes.
They are looking for someone to come in and own L&D for the business. You can be more junior or more experienced, the most important thing is your ability to pass on your previous sucess as a recruiter onto new starters and junior hires.
They recruit into niche high growth markets in which they are hugely successful. Just to set the bar - their record for highest deal value is usually what a top biller would do in a year!
Because of the nature of their markets you must have been a successful 360 recruiter, this is essential. Ideally in professional services but that's not a deal breaker, having a consistent track record of winning new business is.
This role is positioned to have a big title in the future with no limitations. This is purely down to the aspirations and capability of the person they hire.
