We are looking for a Recruiting Lead to join the SWE IC Recruiting Leadership Team in London to help redefine the way we recruit as we move into the next evolution and phase of growth for Facebook. The Recruiting Lead will be responsible for defining and executing the talent acquisition strategy and execution for a variety of technical roles across SWE in partnership with engineering and other Leads & Managers across SWE Recruiting.

RECRUITING LEAD RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead a team of Recruiters and Sourcers to work with senior stakeholders to develop pipeline hiring strategies
Manage full life-cycle recruiting process for engineering partners across SWE
Work with recruiting team members (Recruiters, Sourcers, and Coordinators) to execute hiring strategy across pipelines
Design customized and executable staffing strategies while building excellent relationships with the recruiting and engineering partners
Create innovative sourcing strategies and ensuring a high-touch candidate experience
Maintain data, reports, dashboards and performance metrics on a regular basis
Drive the offer process with the team - including helping with offer strategy, approach to extending offers & closing candidates, and partnering with compensation
Work with cross-functional partners including, Attract Team, HR, Coordination, Events, and other key functional partners
Act as an internal and external-facing representative of Facebook and our talent acquisition leadership team
Partner closely with the SWE Leadership team to execute on our functional roadmap, 2020 strategy and broader site & company goals
Experience leading and scaling recruiting teams, with a focus on developing capability and driving productivity & efficiency
Strong understanding of FB vision, story, and long term goals, and how hiring fits into the importance of growth at the company
Recruiting experience across multiple pipelines/functions - with a technology company experiencing significant growth is a plus
Patient, communicative, team player that is detail oriented and has outstanding interpersonal skills
Experience partnering with engineering managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process
Passionate about contributing to the Facebook mission and goals
Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
