For our Berlin location we are looking for a Senior Consultant across Design, Commercial or Tech, who shares our values in recruitment – a curious explorer, a natural networker, a good listener, an effective communicator, resilient, with a drive to foster collaboration within our teams, with our clients and with our candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • You will lead 360 end-to-end recruitment processes -from defining and analyzing roles, to sourcing and prescreening talent, through to contract negotiations and onboarding
  • You build trustful relationships with both your candidates and clients
  • You act as a strategic partner who consults clients in developing roles, team growth strategies and creating job profiles
  • You will generate new client contacts and transform them into sustainable business relationships
  • You report to the head of team, yet own your own projects and clients and are comfortable working independently
  • You share your knowledge and experiences with the team, just as they do with you
  • You will manage all relevant ATS timely and accurately to keep your workflows updated
  • You deliver results against individual KPIs and team objectives

Your profile:

  • Several years’ experience in recruitment and active sourcing, especially in social media
  • You bring a network of relevant candidates and are up for expanding that into a sustainable one with the best talent on the market
  • You have experience recruiting in one of the disciplines: Design / UX, Client Services/Strategy/Product or Technology.
  • Fluent in German and English
  • You have an humanistic approach and are positive no robot could do your job
  • You always keep an eye on digital trends, innovation and “new work” developments
  • Strong understanding of clients’ needs. You ask the right questions about business models and recruitment requirements
  • You have a keen eye to identify process optimizations and take action accordingly
  • You embrace a working environment where change is part of the routine, and where you learn to prioritize daily
