What you can expect from us:
You will be trusted to take full responsibility of your client and candidate networks from day 1 and be given full scope and support to scale your networks across the US, EMEA and APAC, through a wide variety of roles and aligned software, backed by a brand with more than a decade of experience and success stories. You will be expected to work West Coast time zones, but can be based anywhere in the US if are happy to do so.
For each role you will have the support of a dedicated headhunting team, made up of Consultants with no less than 2 years’ experience, based across the globe.
Using this dedicated resource, you will fill roles with higher quality candidates at a faster rate and build credibility and long-lasting relationships with your clients, growing your uncapped commission possibilities exponentially. On average, our Consultants bill £300k and make £100k in commission per annum, and this is only the start.
We operate a full remote working model in the US, with our HQ in Birmingham, England. We will fly you over for your first week to train and to meet and bond with the team and every quarter after that. You will have all the resources and tools to do your job effectively from any location.
