Billings Commission

£0 to £20,000 5%

£20,000 to £40,000 15%

£40,00 0 to £60,000 25%

£60,000+ 35%

Additional Kicker of 5% commission on everything over £250k in a calendar year

Commission is calculated quarterly but paid monthly

Contract / Temp Quarterly Commission Structure

Billings Commission

£0 to £20,000 7.5%

£20,000 to £40,000 17.5%

£40,000 to £60,000 27.5%

£60,000+ 37.5%

So £60,000 (c£5,000 p/w book) over 3 months (a quarter) generates £10,500 in commission.

Additional Kicker of 5% commission on everything over £250k in a calendar year.

Commission is calculated quarterly but paid monthly, so you don't have to wait.

That equates to LOTS of commission:

£5,000 a week book = £50,000 p/a in commission alone

£7,500 a week book = £105,000 p/a in commission alone

£10,000 a week book = £160,000 p/a in commission alone

Remember your basic salary is on top of that! Pretty certain you won't find anything of this level anywhere else.
