We are currently looking for a Quality Manager to join a Cell & Gene Therapy business based in the Bristol region. As the Quality Manager you will be responsible for driving Continuous Improvement activities and leading and developing the Quality System. This is a pivotal time to join this rapidly growing business and to continue to grow with it as their Quality Manager!

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the Quality Manager will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

Lead the development, implementation and improvement of the Quality Management system, ensuring the business obtain and retain compliance with ISO 9001.

Promote a culture of Continuous Improvement though your own previous experience, providing leadership and training and identifying any areas for improvement, driving transformational change.

Ensure that the QMS is aligned with the businesses needs and regularly reviewed by the Board, liaising regularly with the Senior Leadership Team.

Communicate the importance of the QMS, audit adherence and assisting with any corrective actions.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Quality Manager we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree within a STEM subject.

2. Proven industry experience working within a Quality role within an ISO 9001 accredited business.

3. A working knowledge and practical experience of Continuous Improvement/Lean activities.
