Youre a skilled sales professional with strong account management skills and some understanding of electronics (either from education or work) This is a consultative sales / account management role - following up leads, developing existing relationships whilst selling our specialist / niche electronic products - based at our Milton Keynes office

BASIC SALARY: £30,000 - £40,000

JOB DESCRIPTION: Technical Sales Executive, Sales Account Manager, Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager - electronic / electrical instrumentation - RF - Radio - Microwave

This is a site based sales / account management / business development role. It is circa 40% lead qualification and follow up / 40% account management of our large existing client base (cross sector) and 20% new business generation from our CRM. All our new business / business development calls are ‘warm in so much as our international name and presence will open doors within our niche sectors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Technical Sales Executive, Sales Account Managers, Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager - electronic / electrical instrumentation - RF - Radio - Microwave

Were selling electrical instrumentation related to RF / EMC / Radio / Microwave Amplification to a broad range of sectors including communications, defence, military, commercial, medical, automotive, aerospace, product compliance testing, research and educational markets.

PERSON SPECIFICATION: Technical Sales Executive, Sales Account Managers, Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager - electronic / electrical instrumentation - RF - Radio - Microwave

· Technical Sales professional with experience of Account Management, Business Development and consultative sales of a technical product.

· Ability to follow up leads, develop existing accounts and make ‘warm’ calls to potential clients in niche sectors.

· Some exposure to electrical / electronics - either from education, employment or hobbies.

Any exposure to RF / EMC / Radio / Microwave technology - via education or work experience - would be an obvious advantage, but far more important is a strong commercial intelligence, the ability to ask for the order, and come across as a consultative technical sales professional.
