I’m working with a recruitment company based in Manchester City Centre who are looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant within their Engineering function. The business specialises in Technical / Data Centre recruitment and requires a 360 recruitment consultant. They have some fantastic clients and are seeking to hire an experienced recruitment consultant to join a “hot desk” and assist with the heavy workload across the business.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

You should have at least 1 years recruitment experience and be able to demonstrate successes in previous positions such as placement % and client interaction. Ideally you will come from a manufacturing / Engineering background but they will look at consultants from any market. They have a diverse workforce and a fantastic environment in which to work in. Everybody is supportive of one and other, and often socialise as a team outside, and during working hours.

They offer an attractive salary of up to £30k DOE with a bonus structure that will attract the best contract consultants in town. 22 days holiday. They have company lunches once a month which everyone in the business goes on. Office hours are 8.30-6:00pm Mon-Thur with a 4.00pm finish on a Friday.
