Assistant Site Manager/Site Supervisor

£40,000 plus Vehicle
 
We are currently looking for an Assistant Site Manager/Site Supervisor to join our well-established New Build clients to cover multiple sites within the Southeast.
 
Duties
  • Managing multiple projects/contracts
  • Construction programme and meeting deadlines
  • Site inspections
  • Subcontractor management
  • Responsible for all activity on various sites
  • Procurement and delivery of materials         
Experience needed
  • Understanding of Building regulations
  • SSSTS or SMSTS
  • Background in bespoke construction working with individual clients
  • Carpentry/Timber frame background/experience desirable
  • Scaffold inspection training
  • Valid Driving license
  • Keen eye for detail and high-quality finishes
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Communication
