Im currently looking for a Head of Quality to join a leading branded prescription medicine business based in Essex. As the Head of Quality you will be responsible for the following:

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your main focus will be to manage batch review and release as well as managing and coordinating the Quality teams and QA Systems. In addition, as the Head of Quality your additional key duties and responsibilities will be as follows:

Effectively manager and Quality Operations teams and, including the responsibility of staff development and training.

Lead site real time review of incidents, issues and events in relation to MA, MIA, GMDP and WDA(H), including investigation and approval.

Key Quality lead in hosting competent authority and customer audits.

Lead the site quality improvement projects, supporting site stakeholders to achieve improvement goals.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting brand new opportunity as the Head of Quality, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Extensive experience within the pharmaceutical industry within a Quality role, with experience of managing Quality teams.

2. Proven industry experience within an EU GMDP environment and performing GMDP Audits.

3. A working knowledge and practical experience of improving Quality Management Systems.
