Quality Director
We are currently looking for a Quality Director to join a leading Therapeutics business based in the Oxfordshire area. As the Quality Director you will be responsible for providing leadership and technical guidance to the team regarding all GMP activities. In addition, you will be responsible for the following:

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the Quality Director will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

Lead all associated activities related to the design and build of a new facility, including material release, final and in product release and leading quality investigations. Prepare and issue certificates of compliance (CoC) and certificates of analysis (CoA) as required for manufactured materials.

Participate as a cross-functional team member for process verification and technical transfer projects, leading the product lifecycle requirements.

Initiate Quality Management System improvements, ensuring all relevant compliance to Quality Standards and regulatory requirements.

Review and assist in process capability studies and statistical techniques as required, supporting and implementing continuous improvement activities.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this fantastic opportunity as the Quality Director, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in a Scientific Discipline.

2. Direct industry experience in quality or operations, with experience of leading a quality function supporting biotechnology products or ATMP.

3. A working knowledge and practical experience in bio/pharmaceutical operations within quality operational roles.
