 We have a great opportunity to join our clients busy service desk, our client is at the forefront of new technologies and are based in the Farnborough area.
 
 You will be responsible for the successful partnership between the client and delivery teams within the business, managing the continuous customer satisfaction.
 
 Responsibilities of Service Desk Administrator
 Escalating Situations that require attention through right channels
 First Point of contact
 Manage progress and offer any support 
 Customer liaison through end to end support
 Statistical Analysis & reporting - Service Desk Stats
 Monitor KPIs & SLAs
 Service Management - Data Imports 
 
Requirements of Service Desk Administrator
 Extensive IT Experience
 Experience working in a service desk environment
