Works Design CoordinatorCambridge£24,000 plus benefits We are currently seeking a Works Design Coordinator to join our clients to be based in Cambridge with the flexibility to work from different offices.
Key Duties- Validating all works received
- Keeping in contact with the Hot Job Monitor/Operations Department
- Work closely with the Operational teams
- Liaising with Health & Safety Department
- Providing accurate grid references
- Ensuring ZOI correspondence received is forwarded to the Operational Department
- Updating all jobs with relevant information
- Providing Safe Digging Prints for the area of excavation
- Identifying works that fall within the Zone of Interest (ZOI)
- Proactive approach to solving problems
Requirements- Understanding of STAT’s/Asset Owners is advantageous
- Effective communication
- IT Skills
- Great understanding pf the High-Pressure Pipeline Process
- Manage own workload
- Obtain and maintain relationships with internal and external parties
- Read stat returns & identifying ZOI
- Time management
- Keen eye on details
