It’s an exciting and busy time at Wave, so much so, we’re looking for an ambitious Account Manager to work on WaveTrackR, our job board distribution and analytics tool. WaveTrackR is going from strength to strength. Helping our clients to attract more talent and get more from their advertising. It’s proving very popular with a current 100% renewal rate.
Now it’s time to help our clients get the most out of the technology, and introduce new users to all the benefits that WaveTrackR brings. With around 30,000 recruitment companies in the UK alone, the market is huge and we’re ambitious and hungry for more clients to be using WaveTrackR. You’ll be helping new users on how to get the best out of the tech as well as running demos and setting up new clients who are interested in coming on board.
No specific experience is essential as we’ll provide all the training but a background in customer services, sales or account management will help. This is a client-facing role so you’ll need to be a great communicator and have a passion for great service. An interest in technology will be useful as you’ll be involved in the development of WaveTrackR as you’ll often be the first point of contact with potential and existing users. This isn’t a sales role so no cold calling, but you will be happy following up incoming leads and enquiries that we get.
We’re a good and sociable bunch to work with (we think), and like to enjoy ourselves but we’re serious when it comes to growing the business and helping our clients to attract more talent.

A self-starter is a bit of a cliche but you really should have the ability to get going independently with ambition and drive which matches ours.
