The role
As an AI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing AI systems. You will work closely with the data, product and engineering teams to develop innovative solutions that maximise the customer experience.
- Design and develop AI models and algorithms
- Work closely with data, product and engineering teams to identify opportunities for using AI to improve the platform
- Use machine learning tools and techniques to develop predictive models for user behavior and recommendation
- Analyze data and develop statistical models to improve platform performance
- Collaborate with other team members to integrate AI solutions into the platform
- Build prototypes to demonstrate AI solutions to internal stakeholders
- Test and validate AI models to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Keep up-to-date with the latest AI technologies and trends
- Document AI models and algorithms for future reference
Your skills and experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in AI development
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or other languages used for AI development
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
