My client is an established Recruitment Agency with a team who are passionate about working with their clients to achieve their business goals through the acquisition of talented people.
They’re looking for an Associate Recruiter who will be responsible for finding and recruiting the best people in any given field. You will be able to demonstrate your business development and recruiting skills at the same time, which will make it easier for you to find a position where you can grow over time.
Your responsibilities for clients:
-Build and develop long term relationships with existing clients
-Develop a good understanding of client companies, what they do, and their work culture and environment
-Identify client needs and provide feedback on the success of filling jobs
-Qualify job specification/salary information and record accurate and comprehensive job description
-Organise interviews as requested by the client
Your responsibilities for candidates:
-Candidate control – keep in regular contact to review progress and performance
-Complete a search of the CRM, HC network, LinkedIn, and other relevant sources (including referrals) to build a shortlist of motivated and qualified candidates.
-Pre-screen candidates for suitability and conduct interviews
-In partnership with your Director, negotiate pay and salary rates and finalize arrangements between client and candidates
