Branch Manager
Sales Area / Based: Chesterfield
Salary / Package: Up to £43,000 / Bonus / Car Allowance

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Accountable for the branch meeting all performance KPIs, including sales and margin, cost control, working capital, P&L and customer experience.

- Setting the branch strategic agenda, ensuring alignment of the different areas of specialisms, based upon customer insights and profiles

- Leading and motivating the branch team and encouraging a positive team atmosphere leading to the top level of customer service.

WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO US
- Experience operating as a Branch Manager in a busy, customer-facing, fast-paced branch.

- Adaptable approach – Have a passion to deliver results and change within a branch.

- Strong experience in directing and developing a team within a sales environment.
