What we're looking for
As a proven successful recruiter, you'll have a passion for sales and developing excellent relationships with clients. You'll have the ambition and confidence to take a relatively new operation up a notch, whilst being motivated to learn and to further develop your skills. Enthusiasm, resilience and excellent communication skills are a must, as well as being able to inspire and persuade others. You'll have excellent English skills, both written and spoken

The day-to-day

  • Client acquisition and development of sustainable relationships
  • Creating and placing job advertisements on various platforms
  • Identifying new sales opportunities
  • Extensive client penetration through cross-sell across regions, technologies and business areas
