KOMI Social is the social first agency of KOMI GROUP, with the mission to create, adapt and distribute brilliant content across the key social media channels. This role within will be responsible for bringing in revenue and sits within the commercial team.

JOB PURPOSE

The KOMI Social commercial team is responsible for bringing in revenue on KOMI Group platforms. Working as part of an integrated sales team, the Agency Sales Manager is responsible for selling KOMI Groups offerings to agencies, advertisers, and brands across the nations and regions.

This involves working with the wider teams within the business to reach ambitious revenue goals and achieve excellent agency service levels.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

A high-achieving, target smashing salesperson who has excellent experience of selling our PPC services. This role will suit someone with a start-up mentality, who is passionate about social, and who wants to be part of a new team dedicated to bringing in revenue at KOMI GROUP.

Coming in as an expert, once you have smashed your own targets you’ll then be given the responsibility to build your own team, (this is already signed off) and we require someone who wants to grow and manage a successful commercial team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Growing sales pipeline, handling pre-qualified leads, and making cold calls to secure new clients and sales opportunities
  • Negotiation and closure of new business opportunities
  • Face to face client meetings
  • Answering client queries and providing relevant information to ensure the company’s maximum sales potential is realised
  • Preparing sales presentations, proposals and contracts

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • Ideally experience of SEO or PPC sales
  • Ideally Digital Agency experience
  • Demonstrable sales record
  • Commercial awareness, with an ability to maximize opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • High standard of written English and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage workload and priorities.
  • Ability to deal with and influence senior decision-makers.
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
