The role

Business Development Manager
The sales team is an integral part of the Hinterview engine; generating leads, conducting demos (f2f & online) and generating revenue for the business. A background in recruitment or sales is essential as you need to understand the challenges faced by the recruitment agency sector. This role will involve travel (mainly UK, Europe but further afield if you’re happy too!) and will require you to be out of the office a lot!
