C# .NET Developer

Colchester (Hybrid / Remote)

The Role:

We are looking for a C# Software Developer with 2+ year commercial experience to join our market leading business in Colchester. The technology used is Visual Basic. You do not nesesarily need experience within VB.Net, but must show a keen interest in this tech stack.

The role will include maintaining, implementing functional updates and developing new areas of our in-house systems. There are various applications maintained by our internal team, so a strong team worker is essential. The roles requires experience of software and database architecture and have a knowledge of API implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications.
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software.
• Verify and deploy programs and systems.

Required:

• C#

• Experience of third-party/proprietary API integration
• Strong MS SQL Server
• Strong understanding of database architecture
• HTML/DHTML/CSS
• Javascript
• JSON
• Experience designing/building software to a professional standard.
