Due to recent demand, my client is now looking for a Client Engagement Consultant to help with some key accounts across the business. Specialising in the technology sector, the Client Engagement Consultant will be responsible for increasing yield and relationships with the delegated clients, as well as contact past clients to re-gain opportunities for business.

Essentially, the day to day operations of a Client Engagement Consultant will be Account Management and Business Development, as well as cross-selling other services to current clients

Duties Include:

• Managing accounts from day one, and building excellent relationships
• Cross-selling other offerings to all clients
• Gaining new business through an established database of warm contacts
• Working with the stakeholders and C-level contacts to increase yield within those accounts
• Liaising with the Delivery team to assemble candidate shortlists and then presenting to the clients

• A minimum of six months experience in a recruitment agency surrounding
• A keen interest in Technology
• A good record of billings
• A desire to progress in your career
• A methodical approach to business and good organisational skills
• An ability to work to deadlines.
• Good communication skills
• A professional demeanor
• A creative approach to problem-solving.
