I am Currently Recruiting for a leading Client of ours in Brussels for a Cloud Architect on a freelnace basis

The ongoing postion will require;

Responsibilities:

• Design and oversee cloud environments with a focus on Azure Stack.
• Deliver Azure Stack strategies aligned with business objectives for cloud migrations.
• Nurture cloud computing expertise internally and externally.
• Implement systems, solutions, and processes to manage Azure Stack cost, monitoring, scalability, and redundancy.
• Ensure all cloud solutions adhere to security and compliance best practices.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Data Platform, DevOps, and Integration Teams.
• Strong understanding of cloud and infrastructure components, knowledge of additional cloud technologies, enterprise-scale cloud security platforms, and tooling.
• Have 5+ years’ of experience as an IT Infrastructure Architect, with a focus on Azure Stack, server, storage, and networking.
• Strong knowledge and usage of DevOps and GitOps principle

You have

• Knowledge of Cloud Native Architectures and Cloud Design Patterns.
• Strong experience with automation and CICD pipelines.
• Interest in containerization and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge about Azure PaaS services (AppService, Serverless, Logic Apps, etc.) and IoT.
• Confidence to dive into development mode and prototype (.NET Core, Loosely coupled architectures, SOLID principles).
• An agile mindset & good communication skills.
• The ability to determine the right processes for the right project based on scalability, reliability, security needs, and taking budget into account. You focus on quality of the development process and deliverables.
