My client is a newly established recruitment business specialising in the construction and engineering sectors and boasts over 20 years of experience within the sectors.

Working predominantly in the US markets, they pride Quality service above all else and want to bring on a new Recruiter to the business who embodies this belief too. They feel that the best way forward is to make all team members feel like their opinion matters, and will listen to suggestions on how to best improve the business long term.

Because of the markets that they work in, the average fee obtained is almost always higher than it would be from the UK. Their minimum fee is usually around $20k, and as they pay commission with ZERO THRESHOLD, it's clear to see the earning potential long-term.

They also have access to a top-notch tech stack, including Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter License and Dodge Analytics. So you're effectively given the tools to become a success.

The Office is based in central Gloucestershire, and there is parking available. Here's a breakdown:

• 1+ years experience within Recuritment
• Willingness to work US hours (Usually 12pm - 9pm)
• Happy to travel to the office 2/3 times per week
• Construction/Engineering experience would be a bonus
