My client is an exciting recruitment company, that helps tech start-ups and scale-ups maximise their hiring potential through strategised recruitment plans and dedicated support. They work with some exciting, innovative businesses that are helping transform the world with technology. They work with Tech-Driven companies and will not only find the right talent for those businesses but will also consult as much as possible to fix attrition and process issues that might arise.

Their next hire will ideally be a contract recruiter to work in cohesion with the perm team, to maximise their ability to help all clients that they engage with. This role would suit any contract recruiter just starting their journey, and feels that they need more flexibility through hybrid working and a mature environment to work in.

What they are looking for:

• 1 Year+ Experience in Recruitment
• Tech background, preferably contracts
• An eagerness to learn
• Someone who wants progression
• Pleasant phone manner
• The ability to listen
• Good organisation skills
• Good understanding of Tech sector
