Grit Tech Talent is working in partnership with a leading UK E-Commerce brand to hire a Senior Ruby Engineer on a Contract basis starting ASAP.

It's a really exciting time for the business as they expand into new international markets and need solid, reliable, and innovative technology to support their growth.

Requirements

-Fullstack Development with Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, HTML, CSS

-In-depth database knowledge (NoSQL Databases, MongoDB, Mongoid Gem)

-Experience developing e-commerce applications and working with different payment gateways

-Team player – Help the team develop further, code reviews, pair programming

-Excellent communication skills.

As a Senior Ruby Engineer, you’ll make use of modern tech and tools where possible and have the opportunity to have a huge impact from day one.

You’ll join a team of 12 engineers working in a remote distributed team but collaborating and sharing ideas daily.

£500 - £600 per day (Outside IR35)
