You would have live roles to work on right away and will be working in the Cyber Security market recruiting into a variety of sectors, predominantly Big4, cyber consultancies, large corporate companies, legal, banking and pharma. You will learn all you need to know about the Cyber market, become a specialist yourself through our proven training plan. We want to make sure you are up to speed so that you can maximise your earning potential!

Role

  • Candidate management
  • Updating the applicant tracking system
  • Responsible for performing to consistently high standards and achieving KPIs and targets set by the business
  • Working to a pre-defined list of KPIs to bring on new candidates
  • Sourcing and selecting candidates for your consultant team
  • Networking and advertising to attract suitable candidates
  • Identifying candidate skills to match appropriately with vacancies
  • Advertising vacancies across numerous job boards
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Using social media tools to advertise and identify suitable candidates
  • Pre-screening candidates over the telephone to assess suitability for various roles
  • Having a consultative approach and being the main point of contact for candidates
