They’re looking for someone with strong relationship-building skills both internally as well as externally, a team player, and a passionate professional that wants to show their skills by adding value to the talent acquisition efforts of the team.

If you know how to:

• Develop and own a recruitment process that generates a qualitative pool of candidates

• Research and improve on industry knowledge consistently

• Maintain and build awareness in the marketplace through digital marketing

And have:

• Sales, negotiation and communications skills

• Candidate experience development skills and headhunting techniques knowledge

• Proactivity in engaging passive leads
