Reporting into the Founder, we are looking to recruit a Director to grow the London office and spearhead the US office. We are a boutique headhunting firm that specialises in helping series A+ software companies grow, by placing the best software sales and tech talent - globally.
The position works closely with the Founder and is a crucial role in our growth. You will be working alongside a high-performing Director and together, you will be tasked with growing the business to point of exit.
You will be entrepreneurial, driven, focused, ambitious, positive and willing to go the extra mile. We work with strong ethics, are meticulous in our approach and work with some of the most innovative software companies to ever exist.
You will be responsible for:
You will need to have the gravitas to build a high-performing team and inspire them on a daily basis. You will need to have strong commercial acumen, an eye for detail, the ability to grow a business, attract top talent and have a winning mindset of building something substantial. You will need to have a proven background in recruitment/headhunting, with consistent billings and managerial experience. Ideally you would have grown a division or built a team from scratch and are now looking to take the next step in your career!
Salary, bonus & equity up to 25% offered. Working from innovative, inspiring offices in Spitalfields with an intelligent and high-performing team. £40k months per Consultant are standard here and months of £85k per Consultant have been achieved too.
We also partner with the largest SaaS growth events company in the UK and partner with a leading bank for Entrepreneurs to host monthly breakfasts with SEED to Series C startup Founders.
