Reporting into the Founder, we are looking to recruit a Director to grow the London office and spearhead the US office. We are a boutique headhunting firm that specialises in helping series A+ software companies grow, by placing the best software sales and tech talent - globally.

The position works closely with the Founder and is a crucial role in our growth. You will be working alongside a high-performing Director and together, you will be tasked with growing the business to point of exit.

You will be entrepreneurial, driven, focused, ambitious, positive and willing to go the extra mile. We work with strong ethics, are meticulous in our approach and work with some of the most innovative software companies to ever exist.

You will be responsible for:

  • Building your own team out from 0 – 10 Principal Consultants and then putting a management structure in place following that
  • Alongside the Director, work in partnership to grow the business to circa 50 people
  • Co-manage the London office as a whole
  • Setting targets on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis and ensure people are hitting metrics in order to drive success
  • Managing day plans and providing structure to get ultimate results and productivity
  • Network at key industry events in the UK and globally (mainly EMEA & Northern America)
  • Act in a player/coach role, lead from the front for the first 12 months
  • Business Development into VP Sales/CROs/VCs/PE Firms and attending meetings accordingly
  • Double the UK in growth & spearhead the US office growth East Coast & West Coast (relocation an open for the right person if you desire to live overseas)
  • Conduct reviews & career roadmaps for Consultants
  • Strategy planning, management and execution of marketing campaigns with an internal Marketing Manager
  • Periodic reporting to Founder on sales progress
  • Actively headhunt candidates for the business and have a constant pipeline of talent
  • Be a motivator for employees and maintain Ingenio’s culture and values

You will need to have the gravitas to build a high-performing team and inspire them on a daily basis. You will need to have strong commercial acumen, an eye for detail, the ability to grow a business, attract top talent and have a winning mindset of building something substantial. You will need to have a proven background in recruitment/headhunting, with consistent billings and managerial experience. Ideally you would have grown a division or built a team from scratch and are now looking to take the next step in your career!

Salary, bonus & equity up to 25% offered. Working from innovative, inspiring offices in Spitalfields with an intelligent and high-performing team. £40k months per Consultant are standard here and months of £85k per Consultant have been achieved too.

We also partner with the largest SaaS growth events company in the UK and partner with a leading bank for Entrepreneurs to host monthly breakfasts with SEED to Series C startup Founders.
