Experienced Recruitment Consultant – IT/Tech Specialized.

Victoria, Central London

Salary base: £27,000-£40,000. With commission: £60.000 - £100.000 (Within 12 to 18 months).

We at Koda Staff are looking for an experienced recruiter to join our established and successful recruitment company. We are looking for experienced contract consultants with an affinity for business development and experience within the tech industry.

• Ideally 1+ years of agency recruitment experience.
• 360 experience is a must.
• Business development experience.
• Provable experience in contract tech recruitment.
• A strong communicator.
• A mature, self-starter. We do not KPI our consultants. We, therefore, try to hire conscientious, reliable, disciplined individuals who will be accountable for their own activity levels.
• Ambition! We pay an uncapped 22,5% commission to our contract consultants, and an additional 5% commission for every consultant you manage as a team leader. So massive earning potential! We want people who have a genuine ambition to earn £100k per year and more.
