Usurpo are retained with an exciting enterprise SaaS vendor who are investing heavily in EMEA and are looking to hire in a significant initial team. The first hire will be at an Executive level, and will be Vice President, and General Manager of the EMEA region, reporting directly into their Chief Revenue Officer. This is a true leadership role with immediate open headcount for 7-10 across Sales, Sales Engineering, Marketing, Professional Services and Support.
Due to continued customer acquistion across the US, EMEA, and APAC they have recently gained an additional round of VC funding to fuel further expansion, and are investing with substantial teams in EMEA and APAC. Both regions have already seen successful logo wins, and have real pipeline of additional customer opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in both large software vendor environments, but must have also built something from an early stage. The goal for EMEA is to grow from $3m to $30m in the next 2-3 years, and as such, experience building a business during this phase of growth will be essential. Experience across building and leading high performing sales teams across Europe, along with operational experience, and management of technical resources is also essential. Candidates from Enterprise Software, SaaS, or Cyber Security may be considered. Although not essential, it would be an added benefit to have a background with a vendor that offers a freemium/SMB type model that has successfully managed to expand/convert into an enterprise sell. Additional experience within the energy, construction, agriculture, oil and gas verticals would be a strong benefit.
