We are looking to hire graduate recruitment consultants across our group. As a recruitment firm, we help businesses hire the top individuals in their teams, ensuring they get the very best person for a job. In this role, a day could involve anything from pitching to clients in person, growing your network of active job seekers, putting together detailed market reports on your sector, setting up interviews or even closing the deals. Every consultant takes responsibility for their own desk – in effect managing their own mini business, looking after their clients and the hope is that you would be able to start taking on this responsibility from day one.
We are looking for a switched on and ambitious graduate who can add to our business and utilise their people skills to grow themselves a career here.
Whilst we will offer full training, we need individuals who have an exceptional work ethic and thirst to learn. People skills are crucial for a role like this whilst any sales or telephone experience would be hugely beneficial.
