Are you an experienced finance professional with a passion for the food industry?
We are looking for a Head of Finance to join a fast-growing food production company, based in Banbury, Oxfordshire, where you’ll be leading the financial strategy and playing a key role in contributing to the success of the company.
For this one, you’ll need to be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, with demonstratable experience of running a busy Finance team, and If you have worked in a similar role within the FMCG sector that’ll be a massive bonus to any application too.
Developing and guiding others is one of your strong points, and something you love doing, as in this role you’ll have a Finance Manager, Accounts Officer and an Analyst reporting into you,
You’ll be responsible for providing the SLT, Board and CEO with financial advice and guidance regarding both commercial and strategic decisions.
It goes without saying that you’ll be someone who is commercially astute, with strong analytical skills, great with people and a dab hand at building relationships at all levels, both inside and outside of the business too.
Some of the other key parts of the role will include managing the company’s financial accounting and reporting process, managing cashflow forecasting, implement an effective and robust risk management process as well as managing the company assets.
For this, you’ll get a salary of £70k - £80k, as well as lots of other company benefits of course and as this is a hybrid role, you’ll need to be within a commutable distance to Banbury, where you’ll be in the office 3 days a week.
