Head of Finance

We are looking for a Head of Finance to lead and direct all financial activity including creating forecasting models, assessing risk in investments and ensuring all accounting activities comply with regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Head of Finance, Director of Finance or similar role
• Experience in international recruitment ideally IT
• Strategic Financial Management experience with Private and PE owned companies.
• Proven team management and leadership experience
• In-depth understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation and bookkeeping
• Management of Contract and Permanent Recruitment accounting processes
• Hands-on experience with budgeting and risk management
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models
• Solid analytical and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
• Degree educated
• Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)
