I have partnered with an Oxfordshire based company who are looking to add a Head of Strategy after seeing a huge increase in demand for their services over the past 12 months.
They believe that for their clients to grow at a steady rate, they need predictable and scalable revenue. This is achieved through an integrated sales and marketing process which is designed to engage and keep customers.
They achieve this by asking the right questions, challenging the status quo, and ultimately caring about the impact they have on their clients.
As their Head of Strategy, you’ll oversee the direction and implementation of all their client’s strategic plans.
You will be responsible for leading a team of Strategists and define goals and objectives for each of the clients, whilst working closely with them to define strategic plans using the HubSpot platform.
