A rare opportunity to join the recruitment team as a Resourcer has arisen. This is a challenging role that will offer an environment that will allow the right candidate to continuously develop, whilst working closely with our Internal Recruitment Team on a variety of different business areas to hire and then retain the best possible professionals.

You will be busy supporting the recruitment team to deliver a seamless recruitment process, ensuring both hiring managers and candidates are happy, by relentlessly striving for a better way.
Provide weekly updates around RecruitmentWork collaboratively with the wider People Team on collective projects where applicable (HR, Learning & Development and Engagement)Constantly building strong relationships with employees across the businessProviding feedback to both successful and unsuccessful candidatesConfidently deal with specialised recruitment enquiriesVarious Recruitment administration and on boarding tasksWorking with the team to provide a world-class candidate experienceLiaise with HR, IT Support and the hiring manager to ensure a seamless day one and beyondAssist the team with sourcing the best talent the market has to offer via a variety of avenues
