This role would be ideal for someone who is just starting off in the world of IT and is looking for the next step up, or someone who has always wanted to pursue a career in IT, and they are looking for their first role within the sector.

You will be a visible problem solver in the business so will need to be comfortable communicating to people of all levels. The site you will be based at for most of your time is based in a new office (which has been refurbished to a high very level) in Moreton-In-Marsh. But you will be expected to travel to other sites (Staffordshire and Nottinghamshire) so having a driving license is vital.

Some responsibilities of the role include:

  • Supporting users with hardware and software issues across multiple sites.
  • Troubleshooting Windows 10 & MS Office
  • New user creation using O365
  • Log and manage calls on their helpdesk

The ideal skills you are going to need are:

  • Office365 Admin knowledge
  • MS Active Directory Experience
  • Remote Desktop Experience

Must have UK driving license and access to a car.

Salary wise, you are looking at c£22,000. With it being a luxury hotel and spa group, you will have full access to the facilities, gym pool etc when on-site (which is occasional). Also, you will get use of the restaurants, and the food is amazing!

We appreciate this is a tiny snapshot of what you would do, so if you are interested and want to know more, call me, send me a message (Jack Purnell on LinkedIn), DM, or whatever is easiest. We encourage anyone who feels they are suitable, to apply, we love seeing diversity in our applicants. We use specialist technology to ensure there are no gender biases in our adverts.

Every applicant will receive a response. We sometimes make mistakes and miss things from CVs, so you will be given an opportunity to receive feedback and discuss the role in more detail if you feel necessary!
