My client are an innovative, forward thinking print and digital marketing business based in Burgess Hill, West Sussex. Due to growth, they're currently looking to hire an enthusiastic and outgoing salesperson to join their sales team. Their core products are screen printed t-shirts and other types of clothing (branded workwear/casual wear), embroidered goods and digital design.
This person doesn't necessarily need to have experience in working in print (although it would be a huge bonus to have print and/or textiles knowledge), however experience of working in sales is necessary as you'll be actively speaking to new and existing business through telephone, email and face to face so being confident in that type of role is essential.
- To liaise with new and existing customers in the hope of generating new business
- To respond to sales enquiries in a timely, efficient and professional manner
- To showcase the products and services the business can offer and to provide suitable options to the client based on their requirements
- To work as a key member of the sales department ensuring targets are met whilst maintaining utmost customer satisfaction
- Outgoing, personable and professional with a positive demeanor
- Experience in B2B sales, ideally within a printing environment
- An interest within printing / textiles ideally with a relevant qualification to go alongside this (highly desirable)
- A passion for sales and customer satisfaction

Salary + Benefits
This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday during standard office hours.
The salary for this role is up to £25,000 (based on experience), plus benefits.
