My client, a leading Creative Agency based in rural Oxfordshire, are looking to recruit a Lead Developer into their already strong Development Team.

They work across multiple industries, with some of the most exciting brands in the world. They are ahead of their growth forecasts and are looking for a Lead Developer to join their team.

They don’t have delusions of grandeur and unrealistic ‘take over the world’ visions. They have two main focuses: quality of work and doing to the best of their ability.

Some of the types of clients that retain them are; e-sports team, global pharmaceutical company, household name food brand, challenger bank (I could go on) - they won’t mind admitting they’re punching way above their weight with the type of clients they work with.

We are looking for a Lead Dev who has 7+ years’ experience, who has previous experience working in either small or large sized agencies. You'll be working alongside 2 other Devs, in a well-functioning team, led by one of the Directors.

With any technical role like this, there are some essential criteria:

• Strong ability in both PHP and JavaScript (HTML, CSS)
• Strong ability with WordPress, Magento and Laravel
• Working knowledge of MySQL and structuring normalised data
• Some commercial experience with React / React Native

As for the benefits package:

• £50k-£65k salary
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
