Our partner is looking for a Life Science Recruitment Consultant with a focus on Medical Devices and Diagnostics to join their office in Chicago.

Key Accountabilities

-Take ownership of the recruitment life-cycle for a number of key and high-profile business areas, with a strong focus on direct sourcing and diversity

-Discuss relevant recruitment strategies with hiring managers and be involved in creating various strategies to ensure maximum successful output

-Develop and maintain strong stakeholder and hiring manager relationships

-Utilize all available direct sourcing tools to ensure a quality candidate pipeline and actively source candidates and build candidate talent pools

Skills & Experience

-Ideal candidate is someone who has experience in Perm Life Science in the US

-Team Leaders / Managers level experience

-Experience in managing 5 – 10 Headcount

-Extensive experience in a similar field, RPO or internal with a global organization

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, IT Literate with MS Office suite

-Ability to interpret reporting data and advise on solutions for process innovation and high-performance working
