The company is looking for a highly skilled portfolio director to join its team. The ideal applicant will have the skills necessary to plan efficient, creative campaigns that leave lasting impressions with consumers and help bring in new business opportunities.
What you will work on:
-Build and maintain key client stakeholder relationships to ensure repeat business
-Support Regional Managing Director convert new clients and introduce to other practices
-Delegate and support Director to deliver mandates as appropriate
-Deal with speculative calls, aftercare, and service calls
-Manage and guide client-side stakeholders through the process, either directly or supporting associates, to successfully conclude mandates
-Network internally and externally with clients
-Share market intelligence internally in order to support the collaboration of our global business
-Positive role model – ensure implementation of working practices and procedures
-Play a proactive role in ensuring a supportive team environment is maintained between regional offices
You must be accomplished at leading, mentoring and supporting an associate or team of associates to accomplish expected short-term and long financial and strategic goals.
A Portfolio Director's day-to-day revolves around delegating to their teams and managing both client and candidate communities. They are responsible for mandate delivery in its entirety within a portfolio, including placement, revenue growth, as well as employee numbers.
