An exciting PPC Manager opportunity has arisen here at the Central London head office. Supporting the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, the PPC Marketing Manager will primarily focus on the strategic and operational aspects of the Pay Per Click (PPC) Marketing programme, with responsibility for developing and managing Search Engine Marketing activities that cost-effectively generate quality traffic and incremental E-commerce sales both from the UK and internationally

Responsibilities:
• Manage the PPC agency in supporting with tactical executions against the overarching PPC strategy that you own and drive
• Own, drive, develop and manage all aspects of the PPC programme, including strategy, planning, execution and managing activities across multiple search engines and device types on an ongoing basis to ensure all KPIs are met and exceeded
• PPC budget management and performance forecasting, with responsibility for managing a multimillion-pound media spend
• Implement and maintain optimal account structures to support campaign performance and enhance optimization control
• Devise performance-based bidding strategies, leverage available bid adjustments and optimize on an ongoing basis
• Plan and manage the expansion of PPC accounts to ensure optimal visibility across all product categories, where profitable
• Drive PPC channel growth in international markets, FR & DE in particular but with a growing rest-of-world focus
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and agency partners in the development of an ongoing, fail-fast, test-and-learn strategy
• Integrate marketing automation technology and efficient processes to ensure the effective scalability of all PPC accounts
• Liaise heavily with key search engines (eg Google) and other partners to ensure they are at the forefront of PPC innovation
• Maximise synergies between PPC and SEO in particular but also across other marketing channels and disciplines as appropriate

Skills Needed:
• You will be highly numerical and analytical with a strong proficiency in Excel
• PPC and analytics tools (AdWords, bid management software, Adobe Analytics)
• Solid, hands-on PPC campaign and budget management skills and experience (either agency or client-side)across the key search engines, ideally within the retail industry and/or on a large-scale basis
• Strong commercial acumen, with a passion for metrics and quantitative analysis and the ability to turn analysis into action
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work towards tight deadlines within a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent communication skills, builds strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• People and/or agency management experience preferable, with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and delegate as appropriate
• Ability to understand key business problems and develop innovative PPC marketing solutions to address those problems
• Ability to work independently, consistently producing meaningful results
