The Role

• Responsible for updating management on progress of work that has gone to plan or is failing.
• Use equipment to produce a high standard of work
• Follow all department procedures at all time
• Will plan work efficiently as possible across multiple devices
• Perform all duties with due regard to safe working practices and Company operating procedures.
• Will plan work efficiently as possible across multiple devices

The Candidate

• Must have a proven record in planning and scheduling
• Experience within a print production environment and/or a mailing environment with a knowledge or supervisory
• Understand how production works and be able to demonstrate how the potential risks can be identified
• Experience in lean manufacturing and 5s training

Skills

• Competent user of Microsoft software – Word, Excel, Outlook, etc
• Experience in using Tharstern scheduling software or other scheduling tools
• An excellent and effective communicator

Salary + Benefits
