How you'll make an impact

This exciting Project Manager role comes with the opportunity for rewarding customer-facing work across project management, consulting and solutions. You will be a Project Manager with a strong business understanding and a passion for new technology, looking to join a friendly, professional, and dynamic team.

Reporting into the Programme Lead and part of the Operations Team, you will join a team of experienced Project Managers and Consultants to manage the implementation of Xledger software for customers, interacting with multiple stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams.

• Managing multiple Projects to deliver Xledger implementations into external customers with ownership of the full project life cycle.
• Building relationships with customers, being attentive to their requirements, managing expectations, and guiding them through the implementation process.
• Driving implementation projects to deliver measurable business benefit as identified in the pre-sales process.
• Manage the diarisation of workshops, training, and testing whilst continuously checking project progress to ensure cadence and timely delivery.
• Ensuring robust governance and controls are adhered to ensure an efficient delivery.
• Following the proven Xledger project delivery methodology whilst being encouraged to always look for ways to continuously improve.
• Managing third party relationships and keeping all stakeholders updated on project progress through regular project governance forums.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and within scope.
• Scheduling the implementation consulting team resource to ensure customers have adequate support, and the team have sufficient bandwidth.
• Work with your Project Manager colleagues to continually improve the delivery process.
