My client is a Biopharmaceutical manufacturing and processing company with global operations.

They are looking for a candidate to continue expanding in a period of exciting growth as we focus on empowering our customers to bring innovative therapies to the market through cutting-edge purification technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality control (QC) testing to ensure compliance with production and shipping schedules. This includes testing various samples using chemistry techniques, with some microbiology requirements, following approved QC procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with the onsite quality management system.
  • Support day-to-day laboratory operations, including cleaning, instrument maintenance and calibration, document archiving, procurement of consumables, and management of reagents.
  • Assist in departmental and interdepartmental investigations using the quality management system, including tracking compliance with cGMP, out-of-specification results, deviations, change controls, and corrective actions.
  • Continuously develop personal skills and technical training as directed by the QC Supervisor/Manager.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the QC Supervisor/Manager.


Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • A recent graduate with a BSc in a science-related field would be suitable for this role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Desirable: Experience in quality analysis, working knowledge of multiple analytical instruments, basic understanding of GXP/ISO9001 concepts, familiarity with investigational tools like root cause analysis.
